I asked a few companies to quote for a relatively small but unusual job and most showed little interest but Sam from Professional Caulking responded promptly and was able to provide a quote online. Sam is a certified caulker and you can tell he knows his stuff - the finish is clean, neat, and professional throughout. He’s easy to deal with, super responsive, and really flexible with our schedule. We weren’t home all the time and only had limited windows for him to work, but Sam accommodated our request and made it work around our tight schedule. He made sure the whole job was finished well before our 90-day warranty post handover so we had peace of mind. Highly recommend if you want someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with. Will definitely work with him again.
