One of those jobs where you think you can do it yourself. Which you totally can. But it won't look as good as when Sam does it. I did the whole bathroom but I wasn't going to ruin all my work by doing a crap job of the caulking. Very reasonable pricing. Have used Sam's services 3 times now. Always friendly punctual. Sam recently silicone caulked our bathroom, which had its fair share of awkward crevices, unusual joint angles and uneven gaps. It’s a wet area where proper waterproofing is essential, and he approached it with care. Before starting, he dropped in to understand our needs, look at the specifics of the space and make sure he could offer the right solution and a clear fee structure. I tend to be on the perfectionist side, so after the job was done I asked for a small aesthetic adjustment. He responded immediately, suggested he could come back the next day and he did, fixing it without hesitation. It wasn’t a real mistake on his part, more a detail I wanted refined, and he handled it with a great attitude. He turned up on time, followed through quickly from the first call to completion and worked with a polite, down to earth manner. Everything went smoothly, the job is done well and we’re very satisfied. Sam is more than reliable and someone you can trust to get things right.
Sam did an exceptional job at our school. The bathrooms needed caulking for the first time in 30yrs and were in desperate need of some attention.
